Industrias Ventura S.L. was founded in 1972 in Zaragoza (Spain).

The founder partners were Emilio Ventura García and José Luis Escuin Sancho.
Since our foundation, we have specialized in the manufacture of ballast for fluorescent lamps, discharge lamps and transformers for halogen lamps.

Nowadays, Industrias Ventura S.L. develops its business activity at a 30.000 m2 facilities, located in Utebo, 10 minutes from the centre of Zaragoza.

Industrias Ventura S.L. is a dynamic and modern organization, conscious that its products must have a high quality level and be respectful with environment . This is the reason why we are officially certified by different companies ( AENOR, ENEC, VDE, EN,…) that certify that our company has all the guarantees in the ballast and lighting products market. In addition, we were the 3rd company in Aragón to obtain the company registration according to ISO 9002 norm in 1991.
Research and Development (R + D), technology, product design & manufacturing progress are the key of our expansion in national and international markets, being our main objective the personal and constant service to our customers.

The presence in national and international markets, together with a wide experience in Manufacturing our products, have made LAYRTON ® an important trade mark in the lighting components market.

In the year 2003, The Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce and Industry awarded Industias Ventura S.L. with the 1st Export Award in the year 2002.

This business path has allowed Industrias Ventura S.L. to extend our LAYRTON ® trade mark products to more than 65 countries worldwide.
